Belgian Waffles

I made the batter 12 hours ahead of time and let it rise overnight in the fridge.  It doubles in volume, so make sure you use a big enough container!

If you are hosting a large party you can start making the waffles before the guests arrive.  Place waffles directly into a 200 degree oven on wire racks on top of cookie sheets.

The waffles also freeze extremely well!  I freeze the leftovers and pop them in the toaster oven for a couple minutes for a quick breakfast!
