Chicken Parm


  • 1 boneless skinless chicken breast
  • italian bread crumbs
  • milk
  • mozzarella
  • pasta sauce
  • olive oil

Cut chicken breast in half horizontally to form two thin pieces of chicken.  Dip each breast half in milk then in bread crumbs until coated.  Drizzle with olive oil and bake at 350 for 20 minutes until cooked through.  Spoon pasta sauce over each piece of chicken and sprinkle with mozzarella.  Bake until mozzarella has melted.
