- 1/2 lb of beef from American Chop Suey
- 2 bell peppers
- cheddar cheese
Cut the tops off peppers and remove stem, seeds and ribs. Reserve the top. Place 1 Tbsp cheese in bottom of each pepper, fill 1/3 full of beef. Repeat two more times until full. Sprinkle cheese on top and replace the top of pepper. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
